- Club soda or sparkling water, to top
- Ice cubes
- Lime wedges, for garnish
Instructions
- In a sturdy glass, add fresh mint leaves and sugar or simple syrup. Gently muddle to release oils without tearing.
- Pour in fresh lime juice and white rum. Stir well to dissolve sugar and mix flavors.
- Add coconut cream and stir until fully blended and creamy.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes to chill the drink.
- Top with club soda or sparkling water. Stir gently to mix without losing bubbles.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge. Serve immediately.
